This project focuses on evaluating and supervising the ways of waste clearance and disposal which are abided by laws in public and private organizations (have self-disposal permit or remaining capacity waste disposal permit or industrial waste co-treatment permit). Up to now, 113 public and private waste clearance and disposal organizations had checked. Specially, 10 landfills had sampling and determining the heavy metal in water seepage and treatment facilities.
